What method do you use to ship big hats? We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We keep shipping costs down and pass the savings to you. Although shipping times vary, typically once orders are shipped it takes 3-5 business days to receive an order (International orders typically take 10-14 business days to receive). (except on International orders) If an item is on backorder the order will be sent when the item is in stock.

Do you accept international orders? Yes. We charge a flat rate fee of $21.95 for all international orders. International orders generally take 10-14 business days to receive.

Items shipped internationally are shipped via USPS Priority International shipping may incur customs duties, taxes, additional fees, etc. Please note that additional charges for customs clearance may be collected and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return policy? If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will refund the full price of the hat. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Hats must be returned within 30 days and be in original condition.
