What is your Return Policy? If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will refund the full price of the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Items must be returned within 30 days and be in original condition. How do I exchange an item? For exchanges please include your packing slip or order # and which item(s) you would like in exchange. There is a reduced reshipping charge of $4.60 for orders shipped within the U.S. ($19.95 USD for International orders) payable by check/money order or include your credit card information (name on card, address, type of card, card number, expiration date, 3 or 4 digit security code, and signature). If there is an increase in price difference between exchanges please include the difference along with the reshipping charge.

What method do you use to ship big hats? We ship via USPS.

How much is shipping? All orders, no matter how much you order, have a flat rate shipping charge of $6.25 (FREE shipping on orders of $65 or more if shipped within USA). International orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $21.95 (USD). Items shipped internationally are shipped via USPS Priority International shipping may incur customs duties, taxes, additional fees, etc. Please note that additional charges for customs clearance may be collected and are the responsibility of the customer.

When can I expect my order? Although shipping times vary, typically once orders are shipped it takes 3-5 business days to receive an order (longer for International orders, 15-20 business days).

Can I place an order by phone? Currently we do not offer phone ordering, as we sell online via our website and offer prompt and personalized email support.

Do you accept international orders? Yes. Flat rate shipping charge for any size International order of $21.95 (USD)

For mail in orders, please add 6.5% for tax if you live in Illinois. Shipping charges are a flat fee of $6.25 for US orders and $21.95 for International orders.
